I would like to offer you a warm welcome to our school website from both myself and our entire school community. It’s a privilege to be the Head of Reepham High School and College, where I work alongside a dedicated and talented group of teachers and support staff, whose aim it is to provide our young people with the best possible education, which will help them flourish whilst at school, college and beyond.
When visiting our school and college, you’ll immediately see what an inclusive, warm and welcoming community we are which, in large part, is down to our delightful students and their parents and carers. We pride ourselves, on the strong relationships that exist between our students and staff and place tremendous value in working in partnership with parents and carers in readying our young people for adult life.
When students leave us, they go out into the wider world as well-rounded, confident individuals. They have high aspirations and ambitions for their future and are ready to make a positive contribution to society, supported by a strong set of qualifications and rich experiences. We place great emphasis on our students being kind, caring, considerate and compassionate young people, which is built upon our strong pastoral system and through recognising and celebrating the unique talents of each individual.
Our curriculum is both broad and balanced. It places an emphasis on learning and retaining important knowledge and skills, which will support our students in being life-longer learners. Beyond the classroom we offer numerous clubs and societies for our young people to be part of, so that they can enjoy a full and varied school experience.
We have high expectations of our students in terms of attendance, punctuality, class-work, behaviour and uniform, which our students live up to. We aim to create a school environment where all students feel safe and secure and which they enjoy coming too. We want them to make positive memories and friendships that will stay with them for life.
