Joe Easton

I have been proud to work at Reepham High School & College for the past nine years. I joined the school as a PE teacher and quickly progressed to 2nd in Department before becoming Head of Physical Education, a role I have enjoyed for over six years. Throughout my time at Reepham, my focus has always been on providing students with high-quality learning experiences, promoting a positive culture around physical activity, and ensuring every young person has opportunities to achieve and thrive.

Before joining Reepham, I worked in Alternative Provision, where I managed a specialist unit supporting pupils educated outside of mainstream settings. This role involved helping young people develop essential life skills, guiding them towards meaningful post‑16 pathways, and creating opportunities that broadened their horizons. That experience deeply shaped my belief in inclusive education and the importance of meeting the needs of every learner.

As a Staff Governor, I bring a strong commitment to the school community, a passion for sport and youth development, and a genuine care for the ongoing success of Reepham High School & College. I believe wholeheartedly in offering pupils experiences beyond the classroom, from sports clubs and fixtures to trips and personal development opportunities as these are often the moments that inspire confidence, build character, and create lasting memories.
